After purchasing the product, or contacting us, we’ll provide instructions on safely packaging and shipping your drone. Please remove batteries before shipping unless otherwise requested.
Can I track the status of my repair?
Yes, we’ll keep you updated throughout the process and notify you when your drone is repaired and ready to ship back.
Do you offer a warranty on repairs?
Yes, all repairs are backed by a limited warranty covering parts and labor. Full details will be provided with your service quote.
